Butterflies is a mix of pop, rock and country with energy that you just can't help but dance to.
“It’s a real summer-hit and the crowd's favorite when we play it live,” says Linnea.
“The funny thing about Butterflies is that it’s about the opposite of what I think. After my ex broke up with me I wanted to write a song about how love is a choice and not just a feeling. So I began writing, but nothing sounded right. So I had to flip the perspective to my exe’s. As he said, I don't feel the butterflies.”
“Music has such a powerful way of conveying emotions, and the meaning of the song has really grown on me over the years. I love to tell stories through my music, and they don't always have to be my own. But there are still parts of me in the lyrics, there always are.”
The song is recorded, mixed and produced by the duo (Linnea Lindblom and Lucas Hild).
After the release they will embark on a self-booked tour in Sweden, put out a music video and release even more singles.
